Help Need rear wheelchair for my 2-1/2YO Frenchie

Our baby boy had a disc injury that now has left him paralyzed in the rear. He was not a candidate for surgery due to the extent of it. We are devastated, our boys 8 + 2-1/2 are so sad and want their little brother home...While we work with our vets on his lengthy bill I am also trying to work on a cart. We love our boy and he is so young he needs a chance to come home. Does anyone have a cart no longer in use for his size. The day he went in he weighed 33lbs. I know he has lost a few, but he is your typical Frenchie, short and stocky. Any help on ideas and support on what to expect would be amazing.
