Would you be able to go $200 on this cart? I'm recently laid off and on unemployment, my Dakoda has had soriisis for 3 mths and medicines didn't work; he became fully paralyzed 2 weeks ago and really misses his freedom. Thank you

Newly paralyzed dachshund, Dakoda, in need of wheelchair. Hes a little chunky at 18 lbs. And is 15" long. I don't have much to spend and was looking for one under $200 if possible; used is no problem as long as it's in good condition. He loves to be outside, even if his mom is lifting his back legs ...
