will this cart fit a male boxer, also does it have the neck support? our boxer has lost the use of the back legs, the front are very weak and his neck needs support. Thank you.

Hello Sheila Bishop, Thank you for the inquiry and in answer to your questions, I think it would fit a boxer,as our dog was about the same size as a boxer. I'm not sure what you mean for a neck support, but the cart does not have anything specifically to support the head/neck. Additional components could be purchased tho.
