Hi I'm located in PA and my 9 year old Shepherd is suffering from Degenerative Myelopathy. His weight fluctuates between 89 to as high as 107 pounds. How rigid is the 70 pound limit with this cart. We are looking for a way to help him navigate this disease and we're trying to find an affordable cart. We are uncertain if he will take to the cart. What was your experience with this?
